Dwight Groot is a producer at Lemming Film, where he produces both drama series and feature films. He has more than fifteen years of experience as a creative producer and entrepreneur, working across commercials (Grolsch, Toyota, Netflix), music videos (Sevdaliza, Yung Nnelg, Sevn Alias & Josylvio), drama series (Switch), and short and feature films (Iskander by Donnya Zidan, R.I.O.T by Hesdy Lonwijk, and Porcelain by Emmanuel Adjei). His work is always rooted in an artistic and cinematic approach, with the intention of moving and connecting with the audience.

For many years, he has also mentored emerging talent in their artistic development.
